Rocketboom
So if you have a brand new 5th generation iPod that does video, where do you get free content? On the iTunes Music Store, there are several video podcasts which are available for download. My favourite is Rocketboom. It’s difficult to describe Rocketboom, but if you think of it as the BoingBoing of video, then you’re halfway there.
Rocketboom is a 3-minute daily videoblog by Andrew Baron and Amanda Congdon. The dedication of this team is certainly remarkable – they spend up to 18 hours each, every day, to prepare and produce the content that is certain to inform, entertain and delight you.
You can download Rocketboom in several formats, including Quicktime, Windows Media Player and PSP video. Rocketboom is also downloadable via torrents and accessible on your phone.
