The RIAA has won their first lawsuit against music fans. A woman from Minnesota was accused of sharing songs through the Kazaa file-sharing network. Yes, the music industry is a bit confused, suing the very people who give them money. They should be concentrating on delivering innovative and interesting products instead, and just treat the basic songs as promotional material.
