The latest hot trend in Internet communications is beyond instant messaging — it’s microblogging. Twitter was one of the first, and they became really popular really fast. A distant second came Jaiku. But it was Jaiku, not Twitter, that Google bought over. Jaiku allows you to communicate with your friends and fans through the Web site, IM, and SMS.
