It’s a sad fact, but heart disease seems to be more and more common these days. My father in law had two heart operations within 5 years. He’s stopped smoking now and is generally healthy, but I guess his story was one of the few with happier outcomes.

With the chances of survival from a sudden cardiac arrest being a very low 6-7%, those who are at risk should consider changing their diet, their lifestyle and perhaps installing an ICD Implant.
