Apple’s runaway success with the iTunes Store has attracted both positive and negative attention. Its disagreement and fallout with NBC is the most recent. Apple has been most successful with music and to a lesser extent TV shows. The selection of movies available on iTunes, however, has been limited at best. Now for some good news : 20th Century Fox movies might be coming to iTunes.

There are many children of the 70s and 80s who dreamt of being a Jedi Knight — going off into space, wielding a lightsaber, fighting the evil empire. Well we know at least today, the first 2 are possible.

George Lucas has reportedly recovered from spending all his billions gained from gullible fans through Star Wars I-III. Now, he’s set to reap even more money from the Star Wars franchise, this time through a live TV series. The series will not have any major characters from the movies, but will instead focus only on minor supporting characters. For this purpose, I hope Jar Jar Binks is classified as a major character.

Did you ever think that Die Hard would still be around, this many years later? 20th Century Fox is trying out something new with the DVD release of the latest Die Hard movie, Live Free or Die Hard . A Windows Media, DRM-free version of the movie will be available the on Disc 2 of the “Live Free” DVD. You need to enter a 16-digit serial code (inside the DVD case) in order to copy the file to your PC.
